When you get in touch or book a job — through our online booking page, or by phone, text or email — we may collect your:
Only to run the business: quoting, arranging and managing your job, sending booking confirmations and reminders by email, and keeping in touch about work we're doing for you. That's it.
Your details live in our booking system's database, hosted on an Australian server in Sydney. Access is limited to the two of us.
We won't send you marketing messages unless you've separately said yes, in line with the Spam Act. If you ever do opt in, every message will include an easy way to opt back out.
Want to see what we hold about you, fix something that's wrong, or have it deleted? Just ask — call 0404 012 394 or email team@getit-media.com.au and we'll sort it, usually the same day.
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your details, we'll tell you promptly, explain what happened, and notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the law requires it.
